Ready to rediscover the fun in surfing?
Say goodbye to stiff shoulders, missed waves, and frustration in the lineup. Say hello to a stronger body, more confidence and MORE WAVES, all with just a few adjustments to your routine.
Building a strong foundation with yoga and a focused mindset can be the perfect starting point for your surf journey!
The problem is that right now you are feeling stuck in your surf progression and I know how frustrating that can be — especially when you want to improve but don’t know how to make it happen.
If you’ve been surfing for a while but feel like you’re still struggling with:
-
Stiffness that makes your pop-up feel sluggish
-
Tired arms just after a few minutes of paddling out
-
Sore and stiff the next day, making it hard to stay consistent with your sessions
-
Fear when facing bigger waves
-
Insecure in a crowded lineup
-
Frustration when you don’t see improvement, despite putting in the time

The good news is: you’re not stuck forever because we’re about to change that!

I believe that a targeted yoga practice and mindset shifts can be a powerful starting point to transform how you feel in the water.

By integrating yoga into your routine, you can:
-
Build strength where you need it most—shoulders, core, and legs.
-
Develop greater flexibility for easier pop-ups and fluid movements.
-
Create mental resilience to face challenges in the lineup and beyond.

This is the foundation that prepares your body and mind to make the most of every surf session!

And that’s exactly what I teach you inside

Your teacher
My name is Catarina, and I'm a Yoga Teacher, Surf Coach, and Life Coach. I was born in the beautiful Azores, where the ocean has always been a big part of my life.
Though I initially pursued a career in nutrition, I felt something was missing. Surfing, which I discovered at 26, brought back my sense of joy and freedom, and a few years later, yoga deepened that connection to myself.

With certifications in Yin Yoga, yoga for pregnancy and postpartum, and life coaching, I now combine these practices to help others embrace life fully.
My retreats and programs are designed to help you connect with your inner strength, overcome fears, and pursue what makes you truly happy.
