1:1 Soul Activation Sessions

Reconnect with your body, understand your inner world, and create meaningful change in your life through personalized guidance with somatic practices, yoga, and coaching.

This is a space created for you to reconnect with your body, get honest about what you're feeling, and bring attention back to the parts of yourself you’ve been putting aside.

Each session it's a holistic and personalized experience where we combine yoga, somatic practices, coaching, and self-reflection to support you emotionally, physically, and energetically.
You’re not following a generic sequence; you’re receiving guidance specific to what you need most in that moment — whether that’s grounding, clarity, emotional release, self trust or inner motivation. 

These sessions are for you if:

  • You imagine having a self-care routine where you finally have time for yourself — rolling out your mat in the morning or evening to stretch and breathe — but you can’t seem to stay consistent, no matter how much you want it.

  • Intention-setting Ritual (monthly)
    → Start each month defining your intentions and the steps to honor those intentions

  • Personalized Integration Plan (monthly)
    → A personalized roadmap based on the intentions and goals you set — it includes action steps, weekly practice suggestions, and small challenges to help you honor your intentions and stay aligned with your goals.

  • Access to an Online Library
    → Where you'll find meditations, short yoga practices, breathing techniques, journaling prompts, somatic practices and coaching exercises to help you be more connected with your body and emotions. 

  • Mid-week check-ins via Telegram
    → So you feel supported in between sessions — through challenges, questions, or moments worth celebrating.

Your teacher

Hi, I’m Catarina.

I’m a Yoga Teacher, Surf Coach, and Life Coach — but more than that, I’m someone who believes deeply in the power of stepping outside your comfort zone for personal growth.

I was born and raised in the Azores, surrounded by nature and the ocean. For over 10 years I worked in Nutrition — first helping others build healthier habits, and then as a Team Manager, coaching my team to support their clients. It was a meaningful path, but it didn’t feel fully mine.

I discovered surfing at 26, and everything changed. It challenged me, humbled me, and gave me a sense of freedom and connection I hadn’t felt before. A few years later, yoga entered my life, and that’s when the transformation truly began.

Through surfing and yoga, I learned to be patient with myself, to rise after falling, and to trust the process even in uncertainty. These practices helped me reconnect with my body, find clarity, and build the inner strength to live life on my own terms. And so, at 31yo, I quit my corporate job to pursuit my dream of working as a Yoga Teacher and Surf Intructor full-time.

And since then, I have been guiding others to reconnect with their bodies, listen to their hearts and find the courage within to turn their dreams into reality.

I combine yoga, somatic movement, breath, meditation, and coaching to help you feel again, heal what’s been stored, and move confidently toward what you truly want.

This space is for your becoming — for learning to listen to your body, trust your intuition, and make choices that feel aligned with your life.

This is more than movement.
It’s an awakening.

FAQ'S

  • Do I need experience with yoga or meditation?
    Not at all. Each session is fully adapted to your level and your needs. Whether you're brand new or have years of experience, the focus is on helping you feel safe, present, and supported in your body and your journey.

     

  • What are somatic practices?
    Somatic practices are body-based techniques that help you regulate your nervous system, release tension, and truly feel your emotions and sensations. They can include gentle movement, breathwork, grounding exercises, body awareness, shaking, stretching, or other simple practices that help your body feel safe and present.

     

  • How is coaching part of these sessions?
    Coaching is a guided process that helps you gain clarity, build self-awareness, and move forward with more confidence. In our sessions, it means having space to talk openly about what you're feeling or facing, and I'll guide you with questions, exercises and reflections to help you find your own answers.
    It’s not about giving advice or telling you what to do — it’s about supporting you to connect with your inner clarity and take meaningful steps.

     

  • Is this therapy?
    No. This is not therapy, but a great complement to it. These sessions offer a guided space for emotional exploration, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation — supporting your growth from the inside out.

     

  • How is this different from a regular yoga class?
    This isn’t just about movement or flexibility — it’s a holistic, personalized experience. In each session, we combine yoga, somatic practices, coaching, and self-reflection to support you emotionally, physically, and energetically. You’re not following a generic sequence; you’re receiving guidance tailored to what you need most in that moment — whether that’s grounding, clarity, emotional release, or inner motivation.
