Picture yourself waking up with the first rays of autumn sun filtering through the curtains and warming your skin.
The room is quiet. Outside, you hear birds singing, the kind of sound that settles your whole system before you even open your eyes.
You walk barefoot to the terrace with a warm cup of coffee or herbal tea, observing the trees and the birds in the forest that surrounds you. The morning is slow. There’s no one asking for you. No notifications. Nowhere else to be.
You begin your day with conscious movement that feels good in your body, not another task on your to-do list, but something you actually want to do.
You’ll laugh with women you met just days ago, yet somehow feel like you’ve known for years.
You’ll enjoy the warmth of Portugal’s south coast. You’ll surf, rest, journal, move, and stargaze under clear October skies.
You’ll remember what it feels like to live from presence, instead of rush or pressure.
This is Flow State Retreat.
A reset.
Where movement, rest, play and connection bring you back into yourself.
What to expect from this retreat?
A 5-day immersion for high-achieving women who feel constantly “on” and overstimulated, and are craving space to slow down, reconnect with their body, and learn how to move through life with more ease and self-trust.
You are a capable, responsible, and self-aware woman who cares deeply about your work, your well-being, and the people you love. You’ve created a beautiful life for yourself.
But lately there is a tiredness you can’t quite explain.
Maybe you recognize yourself here:
🌿 Most mornings, your mind starts racing even before your feet touch the floor. You open your eyes and instead of checking in with yourself, you reach for your phone. Your day goes by running from one task to the other - work, gym, yoga, house chores, family time - and when you finally lay down on your bed, after scrolling for a while, you notice how your shoulders are tight and that you've been in non-stop mode most of the day.
🌿 You keep saying "yes" to plans, commitments, projects, obligations. Not because you want to, but because it's become automatic...and then you regret it, wondering why you agreed in the first place and you even get frustrated with yourself for overriding what you actually needed.
🌿 You feel a deep longing for more space, more ease, and more freedom in your life. Not because you want to escape your life, but because you want to feel fully present in it again. You want to wake up feeling connected to yourself instead of constantly running on autopilot.
If this resonates, you don’t need another vacation.
You need a different way of relating to your life.

Why this is happening and what you need
The reason you feel this way is not because something is wrong with you, or because you have “too much” on your plate.
It’s because you’ve been living in a constant state of doing.
Over time, your body adapts to your lifestyle: the pace, the expectations, the responsibilities, the mental load. What looks like a busy life on the outside is often a nervous system stuck in survival mode and someone who forgot what it feels like to relax and truly rest.
Slowly, your body begins to send signals:
- Even when you sleep 8 hours, you don’t always feel restored.
- You wake up already thinking about everything you need to do.
- And when you slow down, stillness can feel strangely uncomfortable.
So you start trying to fix it the only way you know how: more yoga, more journaling, more self-development, more optimisation.
But this is not a discipline problem. And it’s not something you can think your way out of.
What you actually need is space.
Space to step out of constant stimulation.
Space to let your nervous system settle.
Space to reconnect with your body as a place of safety again.
But if you catch yourself thinking “I’ll slow down on the weekend” or "once this project is done"...let us tell you that rarely works.
Life keeps moving. Responsibilities don’t disappear.
And the longer you stay in survival mode, the more normal exhaustion starts to feel, even when it’s draining you.
This is not something to “fit in when life calms down”.
This is what helps you meet life differently. Now.
This is what Flow State is here to support.
Not by removing your responsibilities.
But by changing how you perceive them, allowing yourself to feel calm and capable in your daily life.
This is a space where meals are prepared for you.
Where no one is asking anything from you.
Where mornings are slow.
Where there are no to-do lists.
Where your only task is to feel and receive.
So let yourself be held, and remember that rest and pleasure are not rewards, they are states you’re allowed to live & flow in.

We didn’t create this retreat from theory, but from lived experience.
Although our paths began in different countries and careers, we both found ourselves in the same place: constantly doing, achieving, caring for others, and carrying responsibilities, while feeling increasingly disconnected from ourselves.
From the outside, life looked good, but underneath it all, we both experienced what happens when achievement comes at the expense of inner connection: constant stress, exhaustion, and burnout.
The tools that we share with you on this retreat, are the ones that helped us find a different way of living. A life where we could hold our responsibilities without losing ourselves in the process.
