The combination of surf and yoga, will not only challenge you physically but also teach you valuable lessons about resilience, balance, and inner strength.

We will immerse in the vibrant culture of Morocco, where colorful souks, warm hospitality, and the aroma of traditional tagines invite you to experience life at a slower, more mindful pace.
Our home for the retreat is the beautiful Maroc Surf Camp, a cozy and stylish hostel just a short walk from the beach. Here, you’ll find everything you need to unwind and recharge after an adventurous day.
With a breathtaking yoga shala with panoramic ocean views, you’ll flow through your yoga practice while soaking in the sound of the waves and the golden light of Moroccan sunsets.
Besides the shala, the hostel offers comfortable rooms, delicious home-cooked meals made with love, and plenty of communal spaces designed for connection and relaxation.

Your teacher
Hi, I’m Catarina!
I’m a Yoga Teacher, Surf Coach, and Life Coach, but most importantly, I’m someone who truly believes in the power of stepping outside your comfort zone for personal growth.
I grew up in the Azores, surrounded by the ocean. The sea has always felt like home to me, but my path wasn’t always clear. For years, I had a career in nutrition, but deep down, I knew something was missing.
When I discovered surfing at 26, it was like I found a missing piece of myself. It wasn’t easy—it challenged me in ways I never expected—but it brought me joy, freedom, and a kind of connection I hadn’t felt before. A few years later, yoga entered my life, and that’s when everything really started to shift.
Yoga and surfing have taught me so much: how to be patient with myself, how to get back up after falling (both in and out of the water), and how to trust the process, even when things feel uncertain. Every practice, every wave, every moment of stillness—it’s all a lesson.
Now, I bring these two practices together in everything I do. They’ve helped me build resilience, step into my power, and live more fully—and that’s exactly what I want you to experience!

Your spot will be confirmed upon payment of 40% of the deposit and the remaining is to be settled 30 days before arrival.
Your deposit is non-refundable.

What's included?

The retreat fee includes 6 nights of accommodation, all meals (6 breakfasts, 5 light lunches, and 5 dinners), daily surf and yoga classes (all gear included), and transport to and from the airport.

We’ll also have a special workshop where we explore how surf and yoga can help you face fears, build confidence, and feel more grounded in and out of the water.

There’s also a day trip to explore one of the main souks in Agadir — perfect to soak up the local culture.
What's not included?

Flights, visa fees and travel insurance are your responsibility

One dinner is not included - on the first night, we’ll go out as a group to a traditional local restaurant—great food and good company to start the retreat!
What's the level of yoga and surf?

This is an open level retreat, meaning all levels of yoga practice and surfing are welcome.

In the yoga lessons we offer different variations so that everyone can follow. We expect you to be familiar with names of simple postures to be able follow the class.

The surf lessons will be divided into groups according to the surf level.
What's the nearest airport and what do I need to get there?

The closest airport is Agadir.

Transfers from Agadir airport or Agadir bus station to the retreat venue are included.

Many low-cost airlines such as Ryan Air, Transavia, TUI, and the national company Royal Air Maroc fly daily to Agadir from several European airports. All you need is a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity left).
What's the food like?

We'll have Chef Mina cooking for us everyday with fresh and local products, to garantee you enjoy the infinite variety of Moroccan cuisine. Vegetarian options are available. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or restrictions at the time of booking (vegan, lactose intolerance, etc). Gluten-free option is not available.
